Traffic Department
Driving license is the legal permission
to people to drive vehicles. After
passing driving test the driving license
is issued. In the most of provinces
including Kabul city the driving license
is legally gained by paying some bribe
to staff of Traffic Department.
Inexperienced drivers lead accidents and
death of human beings.
The government should control and take
action regarding this and stop issuing
illegal driving license.
