I am Sadiq i live in Jalalabad. I bought the HP Pavilion dv6-6180us early this year. And not even 1 month old it failed to start and the screen was blank. I called the customer service and asked me to send it to HP HQ Centre. I went to the centre and the staff told me that she can't accept my laptop...
