I have a internet cafe in kabul and i see dozens of accidents daily on the main roads. and it's all because the municipality of afghanistan has just sleeping in winter they see all the places so clean but don't think to do something with the snow on the road it's too much dangerous, if i post here or not i am sure afghanistan's government never take actions and if do only in places where americans and other foriegner live.
