TIN not provided by Organization

International Organization
Hi,
I was working since four years with
International Organization, every month
they were deducting 10% of my salary for
government tax. when I resigned from
Organization, I asked them for Tax
Identification Number (TIN), but they
didn't provide me, they says "we pay tax
of all staff together to government".
How can i get my TIN number, it really
helps me in future I have paid TAX to
government and I have rights to have my
TIN number.
Any Idea?
