Brishna
I am resident of kabul city and i have a
complaint about the electricity as the
brishna increase their rates the more we
use lights or electricity and we are
agree with this but the problem is that
i have use more than 1000 Units and they
have only counted 700 U of them the rest
will be counted in up coming month.
Whats this???
i have the ability to pay this month if
i won't be able to pay in upcoming month
who will be responsible it means if i
use 1000 more in up coming month and the
rest 300 will be counted and with the
high rate.
