AWCC provides low quality internet
services, myself using AWCC internet,
always TIMEOUT and Cannot Establish
Connection. I ask many times AWCC to
solve my problem, but always hearing on
thing from them "we have technical
problem". They claim that they provide
128 Kbs bandwidth but in real it is 2
kbs, working so slow.
I suggest Afghan Complaints to forward
my email to AWCC to solve these
problems.

yes brother it is right ! I have activated my awcc gprs 12 days ago but it still not working i called them sevral times (every day 4 to 5 times) but they only sent me sittings and say "there is no problem enjoy ur gprs". I also visited awcc office in gardez but they also only sent an email to awcc and not help me forther. So i am still waiting for there help and only 18 days left of my activation i lost my 396af balance. So it is the time to say godbye to this lazy company. Thanks

Same here. 5 days ago I subscribed for gprs and I am still waiting. On top of that, they don't hesitate to end the call before YOU!!! They told me to wait whenever I called them! Low budget service?!
