www Afghanistan : I have problem loading
some websites using Afghan Telecom DSL
connection. Most domains are blocked by
Network administrator, even the websites
don't have any adult contents.
I kindly request your network
administrator to re-check the filter
function and improve it.

No one is going to call you to buy these tricks. All such tricks are available free on web. Google for [Bypass network restrictions] And in most cases putting https:// before banned website will do the trick. And use some software to get rid of these problem.
